There are 4 brand new X Poles with mirrors, seating area, excellent sound system and plenty of parking right outside. Drinks and food are also available before or after the classes.

The classes are as follows:

• Monday 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm

• Tuesday 5:45 pm to 7:15 pm and 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm

• Thursday 5:45 pm to 7:15 pm and 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm

• Private lessons I can do them Tuesday and Thursday from 11 am till 4 pm, Wednesday after 4:30 pm Monday 10am till 7 pm

Pole Parties for any event can be done anytime must be booked in advance.

There is between 4 and 12 people in each class and i try to make sure there are beginners and advanced girls in each class as this really helps you learn

What to wear: you need to wear shorts as you need your legs to grip the pole, any sort of top bare feet or sock you can also bring heels to wear but not advised at first. I have shorts (hot pants) for sale which are pefect for lessons all differnt sizes (picture's will be on shortly)

Price: £45 for a block of 4 lessons which can be taken in a two month period on any of the classes, you can have a taster session which is your first lesson at £15 before you commit to 4 lessons.

Private lessons are £30 for 1 £40 for 2 £50 for 3 and £60 for 4 they are one hour long.

Medals can be achieved after every 6 lessons advanced medal takes longer! • Beginner’s • Novice • Intermediate • Advanced Once you have completed your intermediate you can start Bronze, Silver and Gold
