What i would really like in my life right now is a cuddle buddy – a friend to meet up with, whether regularly or occasionally to practice hugging, cuddling or massage therapy.

I believe we all have a fundamental need for some physical affection in our lives.
A cuddle will speak straight to the body in a way that words can not, giving us a feeling of safety, being loved and nurtured and can be deeply relaxing and therapeutic, truly chicken soup for the soul.

I don’t envisage a cuddle friendship turning into a committed romantic relationship. Its more about friends supporting each other during the times that they are both single, and is an ideal way to have some uncommitted uncomplicated cuddly fun in a safe non-sexual way. Age differences are not too important and you may have more than one buddy if you wish.

A cuddle friendship is ultimately an exercise in communication, clear minute by minute verbal consent in everything we do and absolute respect for each others boundaries.
A cuddle friendship should always be safe, comfortable and non-alcohol fuelled.
