Hi my name is Emma

I have recently started running, managing to run approx 4 miles at the moment. Would like a partner to run with- preferably female. Nothing too serious, just a helping hand to increase my distance and give me some motivation. My fitness is not great as i sit in an office all day and work long hours.
Ideally go for a couple of evening runs a week after work would be brilliant.
