We are looking for a kind & caring person who has a preference for high standards to help us meet the needs of our residents. Flexibility is important as is a willingness to learn. We help adults with long standing mental health problems to be as independant as they can be. No qualifications are needed but you must be availale & willing to train for an NVQ level 3 in care - we will provide paid in house & external training. You will need to complete an application form & we require 2 references & an enhanced CRB check which we will pay for. This post involves some unsocial hours.
