Large bedroom to let to share with two easy going professional males aged 26 and 30.

The house is clean and tidy and around five minutes walk in to town. All bills are included except phone calls. It has wireless broadband and Sky TV on a 42" TV (comes with use of Phil's ridiculously extensive DVD collection!) .

The room itself is furnished (photos of the room to follow shortly) and is on the ground floor off the street. Myself and my other house mate use entrance at the back of the house so you would have your own entrance effectively.

The photos attached are from when I posted an ad last time when the bedroom was a dining room so I'll take some more pictures shortly.

There is on-street parking with no permit needed.

Ideally we're looking for someone who's professional or mature student and is easy going and tidy.
