Hi and thanks for looking at my add.

Im looking to get back into training after injury/illness and really need a training partner to give me that added motivation and push. Im a member at virgin gym in Derby and try to go 3-4 times per week. I mainly do cardio( outdoor run bike and cross trainer ) and resistance weights in the gym.
