We need a flatmate to live with 1 girl and 1 guy in a 3 bedroom flat. Its a great location, a short distance from both town and University, both are about a 10 minute walk.

The bedroom is huge and has a double bed, it has a large living room with big tv and lots of seating. Also there is a nicely equipped kitchen and bathroom.

There is a Sainsburys, off-licence and a number of bars and pubs practically just outside the door.

It is £55 per week, bills are not included but are generally low when split between 3.
