Nursery Manager required for excellent setting based in Ashbourne Derbyshire.

This is an exiting new opportunity to join a market leading organisation as a Nursery Manager. If you are looking for a challenge then this is the role for you as this Nursery needs a strong Manager with excellent leadership skills to increase occupancy levels.

Candidates must be level at least 3 qualified. Very keen to hear from applicants with or aiming towards a Higher Diploma or EYPS.

Duties may include:

Responsible for the day to day running and administration of the Nursery.
Organising staff meetings and parent's evenings
Responsible for Managing budgets
Responsible for Effective Recruitment
Producing Staff Rota's
Delegating tasks and ensuring staff ratio's
Care, education and supervision of children
Supervision other members of staff
Liaising with parents

Candidates must have managerial experience within a nursery and have an excellent knowledge of Birth to Three matters and the Foundation Stage Framework.
