DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
Following on going success and steady company growth over the past 12 months, we are currently searching for a Conference and Events Administrator to join this impressive company, located in Derbyshire.
Working as a Conference and Events Administrator on a hugely important department for the business, your key areas of responsibility will include:
- Accurate and timely inputting and invoicing of hotel bills.
- Dealing with associated queries to meet specific deadlines and targets.
- Prompt and efficient answering of telephone queries and calls.
- Accurate reporting of weekly figures.
- Other general duties to meet business and departmental demands.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Ideally candidates will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word, have strong communication skills and be a true team player. You should be able to work well in a busy office environment and be looking to join a team where you can develop your career across the long term.
This is a permanent role with a company committed to long term development and training opportunities.
