Our client are one of the UK’s leading suppliers of a range of services to the UK healthcare market including sterilization of medical devices, hospital laundry, infection control products and the decontamination of surgical instruments.

Due to continued expansion and growth an exciting opportunity has arisen within their decontamination services division to join a small but established team of Quality Managers covering a number of sites both within the East Midlands area and UK wide.

Successful candidates will supervise internal audit arrangements, advising and assisting with customer related matters relating to quality, reporting on quality, organising management reviews and leading the team during notified audits.

Required Experience

The right candidate will have a good standard of education, preferably including an academic or vocational qualification in a healthcare subject or at least 3 years experience of working within a similar role. The ability to work independently on your own initiative is essential as is experience of working within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector within a quality role. A good knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO13485 is required and experience of the medical device directive, medical devices and steam sterilisation would be an advantage.
