ROLE PROFILE
ROLE TITLE: RECEPTIONIST
Reports to: FINANCE DIRECTOR
1. Objectives
• To manage the Reception of our busy Head Office
2. Parameters
• Comply with all areas of legislation
• Comply with all Company Procedures
• Uphold the Company Mission Statement and Values at all times
• Attend training as required
3. Key Outputs
• Answer telephone calls
• Direct calls via a switchboard to the appropriate person/department
• Handle and distribute incoming post
• Meet and Greet visitors and clients
• Quickly resolve any problems ensuring quality customer services
• Carry out any administrative duties as required by the Board of Directors
