Small picture-postcard countryside pub in the Midlands requires a Head Chef to take full control of the food operation in the pub which has a wonderful reputation for wholesome home made food and using all fresh local ingredients. The ethos at present is no-nonsense home made food with seasonally changing specials and wonderful homemade deserts. This is a great opportunity to join a very friendly and welcoming team in this privately owned business.
