Production Manager for growing, successful, local business in Derbyshire

£20,000pa to £25,000pa

Job Spec
The factory consists of two sites in close proximity each dealing with a different fresh product.

You will be responsible for a small team of production operatives with a very manual and hands on approach. Due to the nature of this business you will require good memory for stock location and also be physically fit.

We are looking for that perfect candidate and therefore require the following criteria to be met: -

Motivational, hands-on and flexible Management style
Recent Production Management experience within the catering/food sector
Strong man-management skills
Experience of working to European Accreditation Standards
Forklift and Counter Balance experience an advantage


Person Spec
The successful candidate will play a vital part in our supply chain process. They will oversee the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of goods to all customers. You will manage the team of workers and also oversee distribution activity.
