HALLO! :D

Well am a 21yo female who's currently living in Newcastle and hoping to move back home to Derby!
I'm looking for somewhere pretty close to the centre (Oakwood, Alvo, 'Stree, the City itself etc etc) with a room that has a bed (double would be even better) and a wardrobe to stash the clothes and all bills (inc net) included in the rent!If you have pics that'd be even better, and let me know the rent/deposit needed so i can make sure I have the right amount!
I'm pretty outgoing, love socialising, reading, going to gigs/festivals and i love cooking so don't be alarmed if you come home to me constantly shoving things in your face to try (the boyfriend copes well enough!:D)
I'll be working full time, that 9-5 grind but hope to study part-time (LAW). I dont mind a mixed share or just girls, as long as the price is right and i sound pretty ok, its all good!
Ideally I want to move home asap, am looking to move in by 16 May (sat)! If I sound ok, give me an email and i'll get back to you! :D
