One of the Midlands major employees, a leading, independent retail travel company is currently seeking an experienced Foreign Exchange Consultant for Derby City centre. This post is full time and permanent. Offering a basic salary up to GBP12,500 dependent on experience gained, plus quarterly performance related bonus scheme, as well as pension, generous staff discounts and concessions. You will be working 37.5 hours per week - based on working a 5 in 7 day trading pattern. (This will include working weekend days)

As a Foreign Exchange Consultant you will
Work as part of a team in a busy retail travel branch
Dealing with customers face to face and by phone to deal with all their Foreign Exchange requirements including buying and selling foreign currency and dealing With banks
You will also perform administrative duties including dealing with post, and sending out tickets, confirmations and invoices
You will be working in a sales environment and working to targets

As a Foreign Exchange Consultant you will have
Previous experience in specifically in Foreign Exchange or money transactions
Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong track record of delivering travel reservations sales results and exceptional service.
