Want to try something different then come play the sport of Adult Flag American football we are klooking for men and women aged 18+ who would like to form a team based in Derby or surrounding areas.

The sport is great fun to play, its social, good for fitness and played internationally, we are setting up a new league and looking to establish teams to play the sport.
Games are played 20mins each way, with tackling by grabbing the belt from the waist, minmal contact.

No experience needed or fitness level, each team will have maximum of 15 players and minimum of 6 players, if you would like to know more then contact us and we will give you more information.
