I am a freelance translator offering translation, proofreading and transcription services.
About me:
• First Class MA Honours in German, Spanish and Portuguese with
distinctions in spoken Spanish and Portuguese.
• Bilingual Spanish/English upbringing.
• Background as a Translation Project Manager and In-house Translator in
the UK and Spain.
• Various areas of expertise including: marketing, advertising, finance, law,
general medicine, health and safety, leisure, tourism, food, fashion, and
others.
• Considerable time spent living abroad (Germany, Portugal and Spain).
• Translation, proofreading and transcription work provided for a variety of
clients including a prominent Spanish literature magazine, audiovisual
agencies, multinational banks, leading law firms, engineering companies
and translation agencies.
• Experience in subtitling work.
