My boyfriend and I are both fitness professionals with considerable experience in personal training, sports coaching and swimming teaching of all ages.

We are hoping to start up a personal training business with a twist!

Ever wanted to get fit and healthier and promote healthy living to your children at the same time?

Ever wanted to exercise but haven't got someone you trust to look after the children for an hour?

Well we are hoping to offer a fitness service which brings fun, motivation and healthy living to your whole family! We propose the following:

- One personal trainer takes a fitness session geared towards the development needs of your children, their interests and making fitness FUN
- At the same time the other personal trainer takes a fitness session geared towards your fitness aspirations and wellbeing whilst making sessions FUN!
- OR, we all do the session together and adapt the session to the different development levels!

Both of us are:

CRB police checked
Fully qualified swimming teachers
National Pool Lifeguarding Qualification holders
Have experience as nursery workers

I am:
a member of REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals)
a holder of a Diploma in Personal Training
a boxercise instructor
a circuit training instructor
a speech and language therapist

Paul is:
a qualified football and basketball coach
a holder of a BSc in Sports Science and Coaching
