Sous Chef, Derbyshire > Modern British/European Restaurant/Brasserie set in the Derbyshire countryside requires a new Head Chef. The kitchen has 1 rosette and would love to gain a second.

We are looking for a new Sous Chef that can help the Head Chef in developing the already well thought of reputation that the food operation has here. Most important is a passion for all fresh fine food. Running a close second is the importance of having a personable and steady personality and also an ability to run the 40 cover kitchen on Head Chefs days off.

This is a successful privately run operation that has been established for many years. We need applicants who are fresh, up to date with modern cuisine and hungry to help develop a brilliant food operation.

The restaurant is part of a traditional Inn and also offers accommodation to guests. Salary to £23k depending upon experience. Ref 1039 Accommodation is available at small charge.
