Dawn offers a free, confidential and informal consultation where clients can discuss their issues further. Sessions can be either in a private room or at the client's own home if required. The aim of all treatments is to identify the root cause of their issues and to give clients the power to quickly regain control over their lives.

The relaxing technique of Hypnotherapy enables the client to make lasting and positive changes to their life. It is a pleasant experience where clients allow themselves to be positively influenced by the therapist, yet always remain in control. After each session, the client will feel relaxed, positive and be fully aware of everything that has taken place.

The use of EFT is spreading very rapidly in the UK and it has now been accepted as a recognised therapeutic technique by the NHS. It can be effectively described as 'emotional acupuncture - without the needles' and allows the therapist to positively re-balance the energies in the client's body.

NLP techniques show the therapist the reality of what is going on in a client's mind, enabling the therapist to get to the root of the situation and offer effective solutions. It provides the therapist with the means for understanding how their clients think, feel, speak and behave.
