Chef de Partie. Our client, based in Castle Donnington, is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their hotel. The hotel has a modern restaurant which features all fresh food and the menu changes with the season and uses local produce wherever possible. You will experience all aspects of hotel work here including , fine dining, conference, banqueting and weddings.

The right candidate for this position might already be a Demi Chef de Partie looking for the next step in their career or a Chef de Partie looking for a new challenge. NVQ training is an advantage but willingness to work and learn is essential.
