We have decided to sell our lovely mobile which is situated on a peaceful site in Buxton Derbyshire. It is on a lovely quiet plot with a shed, paving and solid picnic table.

The site fees are £1300 pa. There is a reception, laundrette, small shop and very small games room with tv and pool table and small play park. The site is very convenient for Derbyshire countryside and Buxton centre there are lovely walks around the beautiful area.

The site is open for 11 months of the year, in Jan you can visit but not stay over in the caravan. The site has a 4* David Bellamy award. The site is wonderful for families with young children as it is very safe. It also attracts older peopple who live there most of the time and during January tend to go on holiday abroad for the month. The site is so relaxing and I will be sorry sell it but our family situation has changed and we no longer have the time to use it regulary.
The mobile is ex condition, 2 bedrooms a bathroom and an ensuite toilet and sink. Lovely large kitchen and open plan lounge which is very spacious. Everyone loves the mobile when they visit us. I am happy to sell the contents of the van if required at a reasonable cost which include all crockery, TV, heaters, radio, quilts, bedding, extra tables, hoover, iron and board, toaster, so its all ready for someone to move straight in to. It is the only mobile for sale on the site and they rarely come up for sale. It is within walking distance to the University of Derbyshire. Can view at anytime. site fees paid. The mobile has a contract until 2013 for the plot and then is renewable every year as long as the mobile is still in good condition.
