Hi, my name is Jonathan. I'm due to start a full time job, working in Derby City in a couple of weeks or so, and I'm looking to move somewhere nearer to my job as I'm currently living in Etwall.

The sort of room I'm after is single, furnished, and maybe shared facilities with all the essentials such as washer, fridge and a cooker, and to name anything else. Not fussed about television. I'm looking to rent somewhere, more or less £300 a month. Witrhin walking distance to the city centre would be a great help, as there is a possibility I may have to get the bus into work.
