Fresh Produce – Modern European – Very High Volume


The food offering is Modern European using all fresh produce and locally sourced where possible.
This site is very busy through the summer and is currently catering for between 300 – 500 daily in a brigade of 9.



To be successful you will

• Be either an established Chef de Partie looking for a new challenge or direction within the casual dining scene or a strong Demi Chef looking for the step up into a more managerial role.
• Be able to demonstrate a strong and stable background with a great working attitude
• Have fresh produce and high volume experience
• Some Gastro / casual dining experience preferred although not essential
• Be a good communicator as you will be working within a brigade of 9+
