You will ensure that are hitting their monthly targets, that they are happy and motivated and also ensuring that they are maintaining the high standards that have become synonomous with my client.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an A1 Assessor to make the step up to a managerial position. The Internal Verifiers Certificate is not essential however highly desirable, as are fantastic people skills and the ability to lead by example and dissolve any problems that may occur.
