I have a Manfrotto 222 tripod head for sale. It fits on all tripods with a 3/8 inch attachment screw.

Complete with quick-release plate, the head is in excellent condition and has been used in conjunction with a pro Digital SLR body and 400mm lens. The grip style head means you can reposition your camera with ease as with any other ball and socket head and steady it simply by letting go of the handle.

I'm selling it as I have upgraded to another ball head.
