Careline Operator
A Careline Operator is required to join our client based in Derbyshire.
The main responsibility of the role will be taking calls from the Elderly and Disabled throughout the Sheltered Schemes in the Derbyshire area. The calls will range from emergency through to repair and maintenance requests.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a polite telephone manner, be IT literate, patient and able to deal calmly with emergencies.
You will receive all the required training to carry out the role.
Shift patterns are as follows:
7am - 3pm
3pm - 11pm
11pm - 7am - you will be expected to be available for all shifts, depending on your shift pattern in any given week.
Candidates must have a current enhanced CRB for this role.
