Give us some details of your business, any current links you may have online, the name and address of your business at the moment, what you do, and so on... and of course your name, landline (not mobile - we cannot call mobiles because of the call rates) telephone number. We look at the details you have sent and decide if we will consider creating a website for you - it’s that easy. Then we call you. We may need to discuss a few more elements to this.

What are the ongoing costs?
There is no setup or graphic fees whatsoever, the normal monthly ongoing hosting fee are £20 per month. This is the cost for being on a server and on the internet. Not everyone realises before they have a business that space on the internet is not free. This fee is usually paid in advance and then on the 1st of each month.

How soon could I have my website?
This should be very quick. Obviously, we have to take the details of things like the colours you would like to use; the general look you may want to achieve and so on... then we have to put this together for you. Your site will be online within a few days - but we will tell you the expected date when we talk.

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes - no reason necessary... we do not pop any kind of limited contract in front of you, you are free to stop using the service and close your website at any time.

If someone types my business name or similar detail into, say, Google - will they find my website?

Yes - usually. The problem with Google etc is that we cannot determine exactly how and when they will index your website. We understand SEO (search engine optimisation) for small businesses and we will ensure that your home page is organised so that it is SEO friendly. This means that given some time for the search engines (like Google/yahoo etc) to come and visit etc that your site is likely to come to the top for your local business name and area - lets say you was a Plumber in Hyde, or a Salon in Glossop... then, we'd expect you to be on page 1 of Google...
