Our Care Workers provide practical assistance and personal care services to individuals in their own home, helping them to get the most out of life – this can include the elderly, people with mental health needs, and those recovering from time in hospital. Although experience is welcomed, if you do not come from a care background we will support you in the training you’ll need, which leads to an NVQ II qualification in Care. And it’s your natural inclination to put a smile on people’s faces and work under your own initiative that will help you build relationships quickly and provide an all-round quality service.

Hours are worked in shifts, including evenings and weekends so flexibility over your working schedule will be needed, this can be discussed in further detail during the interview process. Certain areas may also require you to have access to your own transport.
