Hi, my name is Jonathan. I'm due to start a full time job, working in Derby City in a couple of weeks or so, and I'm looking to move somewhere nearer to my job as I'm currently living in Etwall.

I'm a 21 year old single non-smoker, and I'm not much of a drinker. I also prioritise in repsonsibility as I'm willing to do my share of the housework, go to work and pay the bills. I don't however take myself seriously as I'm also laid back. I do enjoy evenings out, renting a DVD, seeing a concert when I can and I also do a fair bit of cooking. I don't have any pets.

I'm looking for some like minded housemates, I don't have any strict prefernces, however young people would be advantageous. I'm not into drugs, drink or getting smashed. I may share with students, professionals or just normal working people. I would prefer to meet in person and view the room before I'm likely to make a decision. I also have money for a deposit.
