Eclypse Recruitment are currently looking to recruit a RGN Deputy Manager for a 40 bedded elderly nursing in Derbyshire, East Midlands.

This lovely elderly nursing home based in Derbyshire is a part of a large UK group so career progression development is definitely on the cards with this large UK nursing home provider. The home is set in an excellent location in Derby and is suitable for someone who is looking to progress into a deputy role or for a deputy looking for a new challenge.

You will be drawing up the weekly and monthly rotas and helping the home manager with the day to day running of the home including client assessments, dealing with complaints and supervising other nurses when on duty.
