There are 5 new X Poles with a safety mat for each pole with mirrors, seating area, excellent sound system and plenty of parking right outside. Drinks and food are also available before or after the classes.

The classes are as follows:

• Monday 6:00 pm to 7:30 and 7:45 pm to 9:15 pm

• Tuesday 5:45 pm to 7:15 pm and 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm

• Thursday 5:45 pm to 7:15 pm and 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm

• Private lessons: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday till 5:30 pm Wednesday all day till late

Pole Parties for any event can be done anytime must be booked in advance.

There is between 4 and 12 people in each class and I try to make sure there are beginners and advanced girls in each class as this really helps you learn

What to wear: you need to wear shorts as you need your legs to grip the pole, any sort of top bare feet or socks. I have full clothing line for sale perfect for lessons or just the gym all different sizes

Price: £45 for a block of 4 lessons which can be taken in a two month period on any of the classes, you can have a taster session which is your first lesson at £15 before you commit to 4 lessons.

Private lessons are £30 for 1 person £40 for 2 people £50 for 3 people and £60 for 4 people one hour long
