I am taking up an opportunity to rent 5 acres of land for £840/annum.(£70/month) I will not be able to use all if the land and am thus looking for people who would either be willing to take on a proportion of the land and pay a proportionate rent -minimum 1/4 acre or work the whole land with me coopertaively in that we share all the work, land and produce between whom ever is ion the group. The land is suitable for live stock,, poultry, bees, growing fruit and veg and paddocking a horse or pony (no stable).

The rent works out at rough;y £162/ acre / year thus 1/2 acre would be £81 and a 1/4acre would be £40.50- a quater acre is roughly the size of four full allotments-so this actually works out cheaper tahn most single allotments with no restrictions as to wehat to grow or rear. from £3.50 (1/4 acre)-£35.00 (2.4 acres)/month on average
