Robert Half are recruiting on behalf of a this market leading, fast paced telecoms business. Due to increased workload, this business are looking to expand their team and take on a Billing Analyst.

The Role

Robert Half are recruiting for a Billing Analyst to join their lively team - in this role you will be a key player on the operational side of the business.You will be responsible correct customer billing and manage the internal relationship between billing and accounts. You will be managing the billing platform, carrying out the billing run monthly, reconciling billing information and ensuring customer charges are raised through accounts, dealing with the aftercare and enquires. Credit control will also be involved. In addition you will be completing monthly management reports detailing cost revenues and margin by product and reconciling costs back to the original orders to ensure that all costs are captured and re-invoiced correctly. Due to the complexity of the role, experience of working within the telecoms industry would be a distinct advantage. You must have a good eye for detail and an upbeat, strong character to fit into the team.

Salary & Benefits

£18-21k depending on experience + benefits
