Hi. Im looking for a flat or house which is about £75pw. In or between sinfin and osmaston park road. I have got 4 cats all tiny clean and litter trained and a bearded dragon which is always in its tank. Also a very old mouse. Im 19 and work full time. Im not looking for any shares but the room need to sleep double as my partner will stay over.
