Hello, I am looking for a professional to rent my spare room Monday to Friday.

My home is semi detached and made up of a lounge / dining room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 small box room and bathroom. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of Ilkeston, close to the canal, 5 minutes drive to the M1 junction 26 and situated in between Derby and Nottingham. There is off road parking next to the house and there are regular buses that run from just down the road. If you don’t fancy cooking there is a 24hr Tesco, fish and chip shop, Chinese, Indian and pizza takeaway all within a short stroll. If you prefer to cook then I’ll happily make some space for you in the kitchen. I have a nice back garden which is great for relaxing on sunny days (when we get them!)

Your rent of £75 per week includes gas, electric, water rates, TV licence, phone line rental (phone calls extra), Sky +, wireless internet access and use of washing machine.

Your room has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table; I will change the bed linen and clean the room weekly.
