2 Bedroomed house wanted in Derby or surrounding area's. Must Accept DSS as i am currently not working due to ill health. I'm very house proud and will look after any property as i like to keep a nice home.
However i do have a dog (which is fully house trained, and not destructive!) so pets must also be accepted.
I am currently renting a property which i have fully decorated since moving in to a high standard, rent paid on time.
I just want to find a house with a good landlord and in return i will be a good tenant.
Off street parking would be an added bonus!
