Two beautiful large 6 and 8 berth caravans now ready for hire Most dates available, the 6 berth with 2 bedrooms & 8 berth with 3 bedrooms plus a pull-out double bed in the lounge area in both caravans. There is a separate room for the toilet which helps in the mornings when the bathroom and toilet are at there most demand.

The accommodation is smartly equipped with fine clean furnishings with a gas fire and a 19" wide screen colour t.v with built in dvd player and freeview digital channels which can also play your own cd's/dvd's. The caravans are equipped with a hi-spec alarm system linking to the site's security giving you peace of mind when your out & about, the caravans are also fitted with fire extinguisher, smoke & carbon monoxide alarms for your safety. FREE GAS & ELECTRIC - we don't charge any extra for gas or electric.

The kitchen area is fully equipped with catering equipment for 6 or 8 people depending on which caravan you require & includes a kettle, 4 slice toaster & microwave, the kitchen also includes a gas oven with hob & grill, & fridge. A ironing board with steam iron is supplied for guests use.

We have now installed in our caravans clean bed linen for our guests to save you carting all your own which helps not having lots of extra laundry when you arrive back home, (matrass water protectors in bedrooms, sheets, quilts with covers, pillows with cases). We try to help make your holiday feel home from home when you arrive. You will just need your own towels and tea-towels.

The 6 berth caravan has the luxury of a fantastic location on site that is located 1 row back from the front of the entertainment complex in line with the swimming pool which gives easy walking access to all the amenities and close to the entrance with the 8 berth just 1 row back from the 6 berth caravan.

Ideally located just a short walk from the sandy beaches funfairs and traditional seaside attractions of bustling Skegness Richmond Holiday Centre is perfect for a fun-filled family holiday to remember.
Plenty of facilities are on hand to keep everyone in the family amused including an indoor heated swimming pool sauna spa and a children's playground. After a day full of fun and adventure you can relax with a drink in the bar before settling down to enjoy the evening entertainment in the clubhouse.
Lovers of countryside will not be disappointed either with the unspoilt beauty of the Lincolnshire Wolds and the wild open scenery of Gibraltar Point just on the doorstep.

The caravan holiday complex has an ongoing excellent entertainments program through out the season which includes live music, comedians, family shows and lots more! Some special theme nights within the season may be charged for by the club, just ask for a flyer on your arrival for shows that's on during your stay. Your booking will secure all club/swimming passes for your party just ask at the reception office on your arrival at the park when you collect your caravan keys.

On site you will find a supermarket, cafe and fish 'n' chip shop, launderette, hair salon, chiropodist, children's out door play area with recreational field, large arcade, family room (Rendezvous Bar) with Wi Fi internet hotspot, large club theatre, Old Town Tavern, lounge bar, large indoor heated swimming pool with gymnasium, spar and Jacuzzi (there will be a charge for the use of the gym, whirlpool spa and Jacuzzi)

This is our first season in caravaning and had a huge positive response from our guests in regards to the quality and size of our luxury large caravans, many have re-booked for 2010 season!

Sorry no same sex groups or mixed groups under 25 yrs of age this is a family complex (site policy) also no pets & no smoking within the caravan.

A52 from Boston and the South

• Continue on the A52 towards the town centre.
• On approaching the main one way system follow the signs for Richmond Coach Park and the brown tourism signs showing a caravan symbol.
• Keep right until you have the Lumley Hotel on you immediate right.
• Look straight ahead and bear off to the left, again follow the brown tourism signs with the caravan symbol.
• This road is Richmond Drive, we are approximately half a mile on the right hand side.

A158 from Lincoln and The West

• On approaching Skegness turn right at the traffic lights, following the signs for the Town Centre and the brown tourism sign showing a caravan symbol.
• Continue on this road until you come to the junction with the main one way system.
• On approaching the main one way system follow the signs for Richmond Coach Park and the brown tourism signs showing a caravan symbol.
• Keep right until you have the Lumley Hotel on your immediate right.
• Look straight ahead and bear off to the left, again follow the brown tourism signs with the caravan symbol.
