We are a new but expanding case management company seeking an associate brain injury case manager.

You will be:
Experienced in working with people with acquired brain injuries
The holder of a registerable qualification in nursing, occupational therapy or social work or a psychology graduate with appropriate social care experience
A car owner/driver
Flexible, multi-talented and up for a challenge
A great communicator, with excellent written and verbal skills
A team player who is also content to work in an unsupervised capacity
Computer literate to a reasonable extent!
Willing and able to undertake some or all of your administrative work from home, at least for the short-term

You should be willing to initially work on a zero-hours contract until we are able to offer a salaried position + company car once you have begun to establish (with our support!) your own caseload and referrals base. Hourly rate will be negotiated between £15-20 initially, depending on experience.
