I am looking for someone to share my very spacious second floor new build 2 bedroom apartment with in Chaddesden. It has 2 double sized bedrooms, modern bathroom, and large living area with walled off kitchen. The living area has a full glass wall with sliding door to outside/balcony.

The location is good and is very close to Pride park via a footbrigde. A short distance to the city centre and has street parking outside.

Bills will be split 50/50 but they are not much. A maximum of £150 a month inc. council tax, elec, water. No gas here! So in total your looking at about £350 a month. I will also require a deposit from you when you move in.

Now a bit about me, i'm a 24 year old employed male professional who is very clean and tidy so would prefer someone similar to share with. In your room, it can be as messy as you like but in the communal area, you must clean up after yourself. Thats all I ask.
