A large nursing home in Derby requires a qualified RMN to join their busy home.
Working alongside the registered manager and other care professionals your role will involve maintaining care standards within this busy home and ensuring residents needs are met at all levels. In addition you will be responsible for administering medication and updating care plans and risk assessments.
Candidates need to be RMN qualified and ideally have experience of caring for the elderly in a nursing home.
Your main objective and concern must be patient happiness and care. A strong customer focus and a flexible approach to working hours will also be key to succeeding in this role. In exchange my clients are offering approximately £11.35 per hour.
