The house is literally 5 minutes walk from Derby University Main Campus. I have been living at home since signing up for the room in May. Only part time at Uni now there's no point living in Derby. The house is on Longford Street, it has a double bed in the room, which I have slept in once. There are 3 other students in the house (guys). Who are really easy going guys, I lived with them last year and had no problems at all.
I signed up for the room until May 2010, however the contract can be extended if required.
