I have a white cot for sale with drop down rail for easy access it also has a foam matress. It has solid wood headboard and footboard with 2 height settings.

It has slight scratches and a litle bit of red paint on the back board but i recon it can be scratched off or washed off if you put a bit of elbow grease into it i just havent had the time
