1 single room with private bathroom to rent (£216 pcm)
One single room with ensuite to rent in a 4 bedroom student house.
The room has a single bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a desk. The ensuite has toilets, a sink and a shower.
We are currently 4 girls : 3 polish and 1 french. One is moving out so we need another person before september. The room is available from the 1st of July (possibly a few days before if needed).
The house, which is 5min away from the center, has been refurbished just before we moved in. Almost everything is brand new.
It has a large living room, a decent kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, gas cooker, microwave, and washing machine. There is also a commun bathroom for us but you can use the bath sometimes if you want.
Small garden but with table and chairs, ideal for BBQs. There is also a shed.
We are very clean so the living room, kitchen and bathroom are always clean and tidy.
We are very friendly, all speaking fluent english so no matter what your first language is, you won't be left out.
The room is available from now. The rent is £216 per month. The bills are very cheap.
If your are not a student the council tax is band A.
