DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
Following on going success and steady company growth despite the general down turn in the economy, we are currently searching for an experienced Conference and Events Consultant to join this impressive industry name located in the heart of Derbyshire.

As a Conference and Events Consultant your key areas of responsibility will include:

- Ensuring that customer expectations are met and exceeded
- Ensuring the achievement of Service Level Agreements
- Working within a professional and fast moving office environment, assisting corporate / business travel accounts whilst delivering the highest levels of customer service.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Ideally candidates will come from a conferencing and events background, and should also have a natural ability to deliver a friendly and efficient service with clients.

This is a permanent role with a company committed to long term development and training opportunities.
