MAC carry out energy surveys for the commercial, public sector markets right across Britain, with the residential work soon to be introduced. We carry out Energy Performance Certificates with all our assessors being Level 3 and Level 4 certified with Stroma and possessing a Diploma in Non-Domestic Energy Assessment to level 3 and 4, MAC also have the means to produce Display Energy Certificates, Air-Conditioning Inspections through our network of assessors.

The cost of the work will average around £200 inclusive of lodgement fee and personal indemnity insurance. The figure I have quoted can vary depending on the buildings complexity and size, but shouldn't deviant to far from the quoted figure. I like to give personal quotes for individual jobs as I feel it creates a better service for the client rather than simply quoting of a price list, each job is taken on its own merit.

In regards to timescale for completion of work, I am very proactive in my work and will undertake EPC surveys to the clients needs. A lot of clients forget or do not realise the necessity of an EPC and they often get bogged down in getting these surveys done. At MAC we realise this dilemma and provide a quick quality service with EPC's being produced within 24 hours of the site inspection(gaining access to the site).
