I am a freelance chef with 20 years experience within the fine dining industry, I have recently invested heavily in further expansion of my outside catering operation. I am looking to team up with ambitious food driven landlord/ladies and tenants/leasee's to expand on your food portfolio by offering outside catering, private dining, garden parties/ BBQ's in addition to your core business operation. I am prepared to invest in marketing this concept to your customers and am also happy to remain anonymous i.e. your business' outside caterer.
Equally i have my own equipment, staff and kitchen to cater for functions as small as 6 and up to 1500 people in size, so i would not need to use your kitchen, your staff, electricity, gas etc, allowing you to carry on doing what you do best.
Finally, and i guess this is the best bit, in return for you marketing this idea, i am 100% genuinely prepared to work on a 50/50 percentage of profit split.
