At the Priest House Hotel we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join the busy rosette kitchen. Working in a brigade of 10 chefs, you’ll need good all round skills and knowledge, be able to run and section, and ensure that all food that you produce is to the highest standards.
As Chef De Partie they are looking for someone who will be from a strong 2AA Rosette background and have the creativity to produce high quality cuisine. As Chef de Partie this will enable you to continue to learn the intricate side of cooking and gain the knowledge on which flavours/textures go together and why which will help you on your way to being the best chef you can be. You must have good base skills, be able to cope under pressure and have a flexible attitude towards your work, as you will be working on most sections.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef De Partie who wants to work in a professional environment where creativity is welcomed and great cheffing skills are a positive.
