A very exciting permanent opportunity for a Support Worker based in the Chesterfield area has arisen within one of the largest housing organisations in the Midlands. Excellent benefits package and a warm & committed working team environment.


You would be responsible for providing care and support to a small supported accomodation scheme which houses 4 adults with profound learning disabilities and high support needs. Your role would be to support each service user with daily life skills, building confidence, independence and motivation. The successful candidate would support service users out in the community, assist with shopping, budgeting, liaising with outside agencies and providing general support based on individual service users needs.

All applicants will need to under go an Enhanced Disclosure CRB check.

Experience of working with adults with profound learning disabilities & high complex needs. In return you will receive generous benefits package as well as on going training & development.
