I run a Taekwondo club in Nottingham (Team Thunderstorm) and looking at possibly setting up a class in Derby, currently checking venues, i run Adult Taekwondo classes teaching:-

Sparring
Poomses (Forms) and much more...

Good social environment and classes are very enjoyable.
